Yes. Plans, rates, terms, limits, compounding, and referral levels are settings in the GoldCoders admin panel, not part of the design. A GoldCoders template only displays whatever you set, so changing a rate updates the plan card on your home page, the deposit page, and the member dashboard alike.
This is the most common worry we at HyipTemplates hear from first-time buyers, and it is easy to see why. A demo shows finished plan cards with finished numbers: a daily rate, a term in days, a minimum deposit. It looks like those numbers are printed into the design. They are not. Demo numbers are placeholder settings on a demo installation. Your installation starts with your numbers.
The line that matters: settings versus design
A GoldCoders platform has two layers:
- The script is the engine. It holds the members, the plans, the deposits, the earnings calculations, and the payouts. Plan settings live here, in the admin panel, and they are yours to change.
- The template is the design layer. It decides how a plan card looks: the colours, the layout, the order of the figures, the icons beside them. It does not decide what the figures are.
That split is also why we never touch the script’s functional code when we build a template: the design changes, the calculations underneath stay exactly as GoldCoders shipped them. Because the template only displays settings, a plan card has to stay readable no matter what you set. Our plan cards are built to stay clear when plans are added or removed, and when a rate has more digits than the demo showed.
What exactly you can change
Everything about a plan that a member sees or earns from is a setting:
- Plan rates and earnings: the daily or periodic percentage, and how it is calculated.
- Terms: how long a plan runs, and whether the principal returns at the end or is included in the earnings.
- Limits: the minimum and maximum deposit for each plan.
- Compounding: whether members can compound earnings, and on what terms.
- Referral levels: how many levels pay, and what each level earns.
- Plan availability: which plans are shown, in which order, and whether a plan is open to new deposits at all.
None of this requires editing a template file, and none of it requires buying anything new. If you can log in to the admin panel, you can change a plan. The question is rarely whether you can, but whether you should, and when.
The warning that matters more than the how-to
Changing a plan’s terms after members have already joined it is an admin decision with member-relations consequences, and it deserves more thought than the technical step takes.
Members joined on the terms they saw. If a rate drops mid-plan, members do not experience it as a settings change. They experience it as a broken promise, and support tickets and public complaints follow. Raising a rate mid-plan creates an expectation you then have to fund for every member already in it. Set plans deliberately before launch, and treat a live plan’s terms as a commitment.
- Do the mathematics before launch, at both ends: what a plan pays at its minimum and at its maximum, over its full term. A rate that looks modest at $10 can look very different at $10,000.
- Launch with fewer plans than you think you need. Three clear plans beat six overlapping ones, and you can always add a new plan later.
- If a live plan genuinely has to change, close it to new deposits first and open a replacement plan with the new terms. Existing members finish on the terms they joined with; new members join on the new ones.
- Never change terms quietly. If members must be told, tell them before the change takes effect, on the site and by email.
Our GoldCoders launch checklist guide includes plan mathematics at minimum and maximum as a named check. The cheapest time to find a plan mistake is before launch, when fixing it is a settings change and nobody is affected.
How a change actually works in practice
In the admin panel, plans are managed as records: one record per plan, with fields for rate, term, limits, compounding, and referral settings. Editing a record updates every page that displays that plan, because every page reads the same record. There is no second place to update, and no template file to re-upload.
A sensible order for making a change looks like this:
- Decide the change on paper first: the new rate, the new term, and the reason for it.
- Check the mathematics at the plan’s minimum and maximum before touching the panel.
- Make the change, then open the site as a visitor and as a member and read the plan card yourself.
- Check the deposit page and the dashboard, not just the home page.
- If the plan already has members, close it to new deposits and open a replacement, rather than rewriting live terms.
One more habit from our own testing: after any plan change, make a small real test deposit into the changed plan and confirm the earnings calculate as expected. A test deposit is the only proof the whole chain works. Our guide on how long GoldCoders installation and setup takes makes the same point about payment callbacks: until a real transaction travels the whole way, the flow is a guess.

When the display itself needs work
Buyers sometimes mean a second kind of change: not the numbers, but how the numbers look. A plan card that suited the demo may not suit your brand, or your plan structure may need a different layout.
That is design work, priced separately from settings. Our Template Customisation service restyles plan cards, colours, fonts, and homepage sections from $15 at Basic and $25 at Standard, and a fully custom design made only for your brand starts at $150 in our Custom Template Design service. Changing a rate is free and takes a minute; changing how the rate is presented is design work with a price and a timeline.
If you are still choosing a design, start with the member area rather than the home page screenshot. Our guide on how to choose a HYIP template explains why: members live inside the dashboard and the deposit page, not on the landing page.
If you would rather hand the setup over
Plan setup is also available as a service, for buyers who want the settings done and checked by someone who has done them many times. Our Investment Plans Setup service, re-checked live on the day of publishing:
| Tier | Price | Time | What it covers |
|---|---|---|---|
| Basic | $10 | 1 day | Up to 3 investment plans configured, rates, terms and limits set correctly, plans displayed properly on your site |
| Standard | $20 | 1 day | Up to 6 investment plans, referral levels configured, plan display checked on every page |
| Premium | $35 | 2 days | Unlimited plans configured, full referral structure set up, plan mathematics reviewed for balance, compounding and principal settings tuned |
The Premium tier is the one we recommend for a large plan structure or tight mathematics, because it includes the balance review before members arrive.
Template packs are sold in the shop, currently at $75 against a list price of $150, and the script itself is bought separately from GoldCoders: never included in a template pack, and one purchase covers one live platform. The frequently asked questions page states the same licence line, and the services hub lists every setup service in one place.
Three common changes, step by step
Adding a plan. Create the plan in the script’s admin — name, rate, term, minimum, maximum, principal treatment, compounding if you offer it. The template’s plan cards pick the new plan up automatically; your only design job is checking the card row still reads cleanly at your new plan count.
Changing a rate. Do it on a plan nobody has joined yet, or launch the new terms as a new plan. Editing the rate inside a live plan rewrites the promise existing members joined under — the warning above exists because that single edit is where platforms lose trust they never get back.
Retiring a plan. Close it to new deposits in the admin and let existing deposits run to their term. The card disappears from the public list; the members inside it are unaffected, which is exactly how a retirement should feel from their side.
All three are settings work, not design work — the same split our plan-design guide uses when it talks about presenting terms members can actually understand.
Frequently asked questions
Can I change the plans and rates after buying a GoldCoders template?
Yes. Plans, rates, terms, limits, compounding, and referral levels are settings in the GoldCoders admin panel, not part of the template design. A change in the admin panel appears on the home page, the deposit page, and the member dashboard alike, with no template file to edit.
Is it safe to change a plan that members have already joined?
Technically yes, but it is risky for trust. Members joined on the terms they saw, so changing them mid-plan reads as a broken promise. The safer route is to close the old plan to new deposits and open a replacement plan with the new terms.
Do I need to edit template files to add or remove a plan?
No. Adding or removing a plan is a settings change in the admin panel, and the plan cards update automatically wherever they appear. Template files only matter if you want to change how the cards look, which is design customisation, not a settings change.
What should I check before launching with new plans?
Check the mathematics at each plan’s minimum and maximum deposit over its full term, confirm compounding and principal settings, and make a small real test deposit to prove the earnings calculate correctly. Read every plan card as a visitor and as a member before announcing the launch.
