Your template is installed and the site looks great. Before you announce the launch, walk through these nine settings in your GoldCoders admin — most launch-day problems trace back to one of them.
The checklist
- Site name and emails — your platform name, admin email and the sender address members will see.
- Cron jobs — confirm the cron is actually running; without it, earnings and statistics silently stop.
- Payment gateways — make one small real deposit through every gateway you plan to accept, and withdraw it again.
- Plan mathematics — run the numbers on every plan at minimum and maximum amounts. If the math does not work for you, it will not work at scale.
- Referral levels — set your referral commissions deliberately; changing them after members join creates arguments.
- Email templates — read every automatic email as a member would. Welcome, deposit and payout mails are your voice when you are asleep.
- Security — change the admin path if your setup allows it, set a strong password and enable every protection the script offers.
- Backups — take a full backup of files and database before launch day, and know how you would restore it.
- SSL — open your site in a private window and confirm the padlock, on the homepage and on the login page.
